These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Shine, a third-party client for Minecraft, along with our website, accounts and loader. By creating an account or using Shine, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By registering an account, downloading the loader or otherwise using Shine, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital age in your country, to use Shine. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Shine only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. License and accounts
Shine grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the client for the duration of your active subscription. Your license is tied to your account and to a single machine through a hardware identifier (HWID).
- One account is for one person. Sharing, reselling or sublicensing access is not allowed.
- Your HWID links on first launch. Hardware moves are handled by support on a reasonable basis.
- We may revoke a license that is shared, abused or obtained fraudulently.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or redistribute the loader or any part of Shine.
- Resell access or attempt to bypass licensing, payment or HWID checks.
- Use Shine to harm others, disrupt services or break applicable law.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown on the pricing page in Russian rubles. Subscriptions grant access for the stated period. Access is enabled after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for any taxes or fees charged by your payment provider.
6. Promo codes
Promo codes apply a discount at checkout and may carry limits on uses or validity. Codes hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be disabled or revoked at any time, including if obtained or used improperly.
7. Refunds
Shine is a digital product delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted. If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using your subscription and we cannot resolve it, contact support and we will review your case in good faith.
8. Risk acknowledgment
Shine is an independent, third-party client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Use of any third-party client may violate the rules of individual servers or the game, and may result in penalties such as server or game bans imposed by parties outside our control. You use Shine entirely at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you break these terms, abuse the service or put other users at risk. A ban removes access without a refund. You may stop using Shine and request account deletion at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Shine is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for bans, losses or harm arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Shine after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
